Breaking boundaries Project

Family hub

Breaking Boundaries is a project dedicated to challenging the barriers that disadvantaged young people and families often face. Our Family Hub is designed to remove obstacles to wellbeing, opportunity, and community connection, providing a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

Our vision is a community where every young person and family feels supported, connected, and empowered to reach their full potential. By creating a welcoming environment free from disadvantage and isolation, we aim to give people the space to grow, learn, and thrive together.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to healing families and building community. We believe that “broken families create broken children, who grow into broken adults.” Our goal is to provide the support, tools, and early intervention needed to strengthen family relationships, rebuild stability, and help disadvantaged young people move forward with confidence and hope.
